Our group is equipped with a range of state-of-the-art instruments in optical spectroscopy and ultrafast electrical and optical characterizations, as well as materials growth and processing. The following is a  list of equipment we have in the group.

Ultrafast Laser Systems:

Coherent ultrafast laser systems (Libra HE+OPA; and Mira OPO system).

Cryogenic optics:

We have both liquid Helium and liquid Nitrogen based cryostats.

Ultrafast Fiber-Optic Characterizations:

We have a full set  of diagnostic equipment for development of advanced fiber-optic systems (ultrafast lasers, modulators and detectors).

Materials Growth and Processings:

Our group have a range of materials growth equipment, including CVD, PLD and MBE.
